I am a woman of faith, a devoted wife of 23 years and proud mother of three adult sons. Along with spending time with family and friends, I enjoy amusement parks, gardening, and writing children’s books.

My relocation to Middle Georgia in 2012 was prompted by my assignment to Robins Air Force Base, where I served until my retirement in 2018. Through my 23 years of military service, I personally experienced nine relocations, five of which I had my family in tow. I am well versed with the challenges and stressors that come with a Permanent Change of Station (PCS). It’s a privilege to offer my expertise to ease the buying, selling, and relocation process.

Quinetta Cope
Quinetta Cope is a seasoned REALTOR® who began her career in December 2014, driven by a heartfelt mission—to be a blessing to others. That guiding principle continues to shape her approach to real estate today. Over the years, Quinetta has not only helped countless buyers and sellers achieve their goals, but has also become a trusted mentor, coach, and instructor for aspiring agents across the industry.

In 2021, she advanced her career by earning her broker’s license and launching her own property management brokerage. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have made her a respected figure in the real estate community.
Originally from Flint, Michigan, Quinetta answered the call to serve her country at 18, joining the U.S. Army where she proudly served for six years. During her military service, she married her husband, Jerry Cope. Together, they’ve built a beautiful life filled with love, resilience, and purpose—raising seven children and celebrating the joy of seven grandchildren.

Following her military service, Quinetta retired from the federal government and shifted her focus to entrepreneurship. She and Jerry now run two additional businesses: Miracle Family Food Trailer and Miracle Properties, Preservation & More, both rooted in their shared passion for serving others and uplifting their community.

Now based in Jackson, Georgia, Quinetta and Jerry are embracing a new season of life as empty nesters, with their youngest child set to graduate in 2025. Through every chapter—from military service and public leadership to real estate and business—Quinetta remains a steadfast example of faith, family, and servant leadership.
